Aila's Arkansas Adventure

Aila got to go on her first plane ride on her six month birthday...June 1. We all went to Arkansas to cousin Chris and Jennifer's wedding. It was a beautiful wedding and a great adventure ...our return flight was cancelled and we got stranded for an extra night...Aila also ended up with pink eye. However, we had a great time and will always remember Aila's first big adventure.While we were in Arkansas we took a ride on a train through the Ozarks. Aila likes being a kangaroo baby. It also saves mommy's arms from falling off when Aila decides to take a nap.

The train really wasn't going THAT fast. It was a nice leisurely afternoon train ride.Aila also went swimming for the first time while we were away. She didn't cry when we got in the pool with her, but she wasn't smiling either.
