Last night was the first night that I haven't had Aila around. She stayed at Grandma and Grandpa's. It was 14 months to the day since she was born and it took me that long to let her go for a night! Well, with feeding issues, sleeping issues, and screaming in the morning issues...it took that long until I thought somebody else would...or could as the feeding part goes ;) ...keep her for the night. I didn't want her waking up screaming hysterically in the morning or waking up at 2:30 and 4:00 or whenever. I wanted her to regularly get a good night's sleep so she would be invited back again!
Josh and I went to dinner and a movie. We celebrated my birthday yesterday (my birthday is today...yeah Groundhog!). I was completely kidding when I told Josh that I wanted to go see "27 Dresses" at the movies. But he was a good sport and went with me. We have never gone to see a date movie together, usually we see the action/adventure type movies i the theater. We have rented the date movies and he'll watch them with me, but I wasn't going to make him go out in public to see one. However, he insisted since it was my birthday. I liked the movie...Josh wasn't bored out of his mind. It was a good evening.
