Aila enjoyed Easter and the bunny ears that Grammy gave her in her basket. She also really liked that the Easter bunny stuffed her plastic Easter eggs with goldfish crackers. She didn't really like the real eggs. She figured out that if the egg didn't rattle that there weren't any goldfish in it and she threw it down.
Now that the weather has finally turned nice, we have been trying to be outside as much as possible. We went to the zoo on Daddy's birthday and we have gone to the park and taken lots of walks with Raven around the neighborhood. Aila got a new ball that's all her own to play with outside. She loves it outside. She likes to get pushed around the driveway on her bicycle and she loves to run through the grass.
Aila has also started having some tantrums. Grandma thinks she is going through the terrible 2's a bit early. Part of her problem is that she is getting 5 teeth in all at once including all her 12month molars. She can now say probably 20 or so words and most of them she uses in the correct context....especially "more". She understands a whole lot more than what she can say. I find it so amazing.
