Aila had a Wiggles party for her 2nd birthday. For those of you who do not have 2-year olds, the Wiggles are a group of 4 grown Australian men who dress up in red, blue, purple & yellow and sing silly songs with a dinosaur, a strange pirate captain and an octopus...Aila loves them, but they leave us adults puzzled as to how the Wiggles are so fascinating. Aila had a great time at her birthday party...however about 36 hours afterward just about everybody who came ended up with a nasty case of norovirus. Josh thought that we had food poisoning but I was in no shape to argue with him. He ended up calling the health department to investigate the place where we had the party, but they ended up concluding that we just had a really contagious stomach virus...Thankfully I didn't poison everybody...we just got them all sick.

you have definitely put a lot of work into this blog. I can't wait to have Aila for a few days! I would can't wait until I can't have Liam too (I know that will be a loooooooooong time). :) but i still can't wait!!!

We survived being sick and it was worth it to watch my punky girl be so excited at her party (although I wouldn't have asked me that question as I was leaning over the toilet upchucking)
