We had another ultrasound today just to check on the size of the baby. Baby is measuring just about exactly on schedule. Baby is 5.5 lbs with about 5 more weeks to go. Heart rate is 144. Baby has moved to the head down position. I was right that I have feet kicking me constantly.
I'm welcoming any guesses as to boy or girl. I was tempted to find out the sex today but didn't. Josh said that he'd leave the room or the technician could whisper in my ear...but I figured I waited this long, what is a few more weeks.
I have gained about 25 lbs so far which is about 2 more lbs than I gained the entire pregnancy with Aila. I figure its because this is baby #2. This one seems to be all tummy. Aila made me gain weight in my upper legs. So far that hasn't happened. I'm just having trouble with my lower back hurting a lot and heartburn! YUCK.
